If you would like to post any article on the SPCCAA Newsletter, please send your article(s) and or photo(s) to the SPCCAA office at 33 MacDonnell Road, Hong Kong or by fax to 2522-2255 or by email to spccaa@spccaa.org on or before 15th January for March issue and 15th July for September issue.

 

The Editor of the SPCCAA Newsletter reserves the right whether or not to post the articles in the Newsletter, and to edit the articles where appropriate.
