Centenary SPCCAA Happy Hour DRINKS

In celebrating our alma mater’s centenary, a special happy
hour drink was held at Club Fly, Ice House Street on 4
December 2015. The event attracted an unprecedented number
of participants. Over a hundred alumni across five decades
joined to celebrate this momentous occasion over canapés and
free flow drinks, generously underwritten by alumnus Yip Ka
Hay (1988).
As the event drew to an end, a group of 25 alumni decided
to continue the fun and concluded the evening with a
scrumptious dinner at the Chariot Club.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Philip
Leong (1965), Immediate Past Chairman of the SPCCAA,
Mr Andrew Luk (1978), Chairman of the SPCCAA and Ms
Winnie Leung (1985), Vice-chairlady of the SPCCAA and also
Mr Ma Ching Nam (1969), past Chairman of the SPCCAA
for their continuous support to this quarterly event.
The success of the happy hour drink is also attributed to the
joint effort of my team. I would like to thank the following
2015 happy hour ambassadors: Christine Cheung (1996),
Felix Lai (1998), Gregory Leong (1989), Laura Li (1999),
Sherwin Lo (1991), Blanche Koo (1991), Kenneth So (1996)
and Christine Wong (1997).
Our SPCCAA happy hour drinks will continue to take place
quarterly on Friday evenings and the 2016 dates are: 18
March, 17 June, 23 September and 9 December. We look
forward to welcoming the regulars as well as new faces at the
upcoming gatherings!
