There were two recent reunions of the Class of 1988 to
celebrate Christmas and the New Year as well as to welcome
overseas alumni and their families visiting Hong Kong.
On 23 December 2014, a reunion dinner for celebrating
Christmas took place at the Chinese Restaurant of the Chinese
Recreation Club, Hong Kong. Samuel Wong
（王頌恩）
, who now
resides in Toronto, Canada, together with his wife Annie and his
daughter Desiree, joined us for this event. 15 alumni, together
with their families, attended the reunion. After a sumptuous nine-
course traditional Chinese banquet, the gathering culminated in
the drawing of raffle Christmas presents by the children, providing
a most lively finale to this convivial event.
On 3 January 2014, another reunion dinner for celebrating the
New Year took place at Tsui Hang Village Restaurant in Central.
This very special event was attended by ten alumni, with three
of them visiting from overseas, namely Andrew Yu

from Palo Alto, USA; Eric Tse
（謝振東）
from San Francisco,
USA; and Veronica Yu
（余淑嫻）
from Ottawa, Canada.
The Class of 1988 is a close-knit community with frequent
gatherings and close ties between local and overseas alumni.
